Inspection : By SGS or equivalent at port of loading at Seller37491 cost.
Initial Delivery: Within 45 days after receipt and Acceptance of payment or L/C by Seller as first shipment, from the next shipment it should be shipped out within 30 days after previous shipment.
Procedure (NOT negotiable and secure for Buyer):
1) Buyer issues LOI+BCL (must be ONLY from Top50 World Bank). LOI+ BCL must NOT be older than 3 days.
2) Seller issues FCO and Draft Contract;
3) Buyer accepts the draft contract, and signs final contract and sends contract by mail DHL (or another courier company as appropriate);
4) Payment & Shipment commences as per contract;
Attention: Proof of Product and Proof of Delivery - ONLY Bank to Bank directly (after signed Contract).
